Admission Process

Hilltop School subscribes to equal opportunity admission policy which makes it possible for pupils of all ethnic, religious, racial and socio-economic background to enroll at the school.

Preschool
The preferred age for admission is (2) two years.  in Maths, English and Science.

Primary and Junior High School
Admission is very competitive and parents wishing to enroll their children are advised to complete an application form and take the admission examination well in advance. However, pupils of any age transferring from other local and international schools with proven academic credentials including cumulative records, transfer certificates and good testimonial are admitted after passing Hilltop admission examination in English, Mathematics, and Science.

Senior High School
Admission is based on the BECE results

About us

Hilltop School opened on September 29th 1997, with a first enrolment of 10 pupils from Nursery 1 through to Class 1. This number increased to 20 during the first term and reached an enrolment of 50 by the end of its first year. From an initial hiring of one headmistress,  a secretary, an accountant  and a teacher, Hilltop has grown into a campus that employs over 120 teachers and non-teaching staff with an enrolment of over 1,100  students across its five main divisions.
